0. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the refund policy of Push Marketing ("the Agency"). By contracting our services, the client fully agrees to these Terms.


1. No Guaranteed Results

We understand your expectations when hiring our services; however, it is important to note that results may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to competition in your industry, the quality of your product or service, and other external factors beyond our control.
In the event you experience any legal issues related to your own business or with the leads generated, the Agency shall not be held responsible, as such leads originate directly from Meta’s network.
We commit to working diligently to help you achieve your goals, but final results cannot be predicted or guaranteed.


2. Services Offered

The Agency provides digital marketing services, which may include, but are not limited to, advertising campaign management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and the development of marketing strategies.


3. No Refund Policy

Once the client has made the payment and the service has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of dissatisfaction, service cancellation, or changes in the client’s needs.


4. Service Commencement

The service is considered to have started once the client receives confirmation from the Agency that the service has begun. This confirmation may be sent by email, text message, or any other previously agreed communication channel.


5. Modifications and Cancellations

Any modification or cancellation of the service must be requested in writing and is subject to the Agency’s approval.
The Agency reserves the right to deny any modification or cancellation request and is not obligated to issue refunds.


6. Exceptions

In the event of errors exclusively attributable to the Agency, the Agency commits to correcting such errors at no additional cost to the client, provided these errors are reported within three (3) days of service delivery.


7. Contact and Dispute Resolution

Any questions or disputes related to these Terms must be directed to the Agency via [email protected].
The Agency will make reasonable efforts to resolve any conflict in an amicable manner.


8. Modifications to the Terms

The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon their publication on the Agency’s website or by other means communicated to the client.
